Order processing at ilovemiceelf.com takes place from Monday through Friday. If your order is submitted after 2pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), it will be processed next business day. Wholesale orders, or any orders over $100, usually take 5-7 business days to ship.

Because your order is processed as soon as possible, we are rarely able to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been received. We can make changes if you contact us before the item is shipped, but do keep in mind that we strive to get orders out as soon as possible. Because we're located in Oregon, we currently do not collect any state sales tax! Yippee! Sales tax policy may be subject to change, but it looks fine for the forseeable future.

Please note: Prices and availabilty are subject to change. Rarely, prices of certain items may change before we have a chance to update them online. If your order is affected by one of these changes, it can only work to your benefit, as we'll always give you the cheaper of the two prices. Sound good? Please contact customer service if you have any specific questions. We handmake our bath products in extermely limited quantites, and people tend to like to buy them as soon as they're available. Drop us a line and let us know what's going on. We can make recommendations and replace it free of charge with something that might work better for you. I received an email confirmation via Paypal, why was my order not processed?



We are indeed human, and occasionally mistakes do happen. If we have a problem processing your order, we will send an email or call you to explain what happened, and let you know what your options are. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that an unprocessed order might cause.


Wait...I paid x amount for shipping, but it actually cost more/less to ship it to me! What's up?



We haven't yet found a good way to charge exactly by weight for the items sent. Also, some items ship flat-rate and others don't/can't. At the end of the day, we don't quite break even on shipping and handling. But what really matters is that you get your great product fast and with love!

Why doesn't the website tell me if an item is on backorder/no longer available?



We'd love to type faster than we can sell product, but somehow we can't. We do update our web stock daily to prevent backorders from happening (and items that have been identified as backordered are now flagged daily on our site) but the occasional unbeknownst backorder still slips through. We apologize in advance if you've somehow been caught in that backorder gap. We will personally let you know if an item you've ordered will be delivered with a delay, or if an item- for reasons beyond our control- is suddenly no longer available.

How long does it take to process a return if I pay extra to send my return by FedEx or UPS?



In the ilovemiceelf.com warehouse, product returns are processed on a weekly basis. Our warehouse staff takes care of every package personally. (In the constant pursuit of perfection, we want to understand what you returned, why you returned it, the reason you didn’t want it, etc.)

If for some reason you do need a return processed right away, you can contact Customer Service, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. (Of course, if we haven’t yet received your return, we won’t be able to credit it back to your card.) If you are in a rush for an item you wanted as an exchange, your best bet is to place a new order with us for the item in question, knowing that your returned item will be credited once we process the received package.
